📅 Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.


💲 Return Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Returns are free of charge. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to preference, incorrect size, or wrong item ordered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@supremegoodsoutlet.com (update this if needed) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

⚠️ Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or product, simply return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.


🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
